You can get aggressive as far as saving goes, but the reality is that you shouldn’t limit yourself to focusing only on not spending. If you have extra time, why not convert that into cash by finding ways of helping people get things done? Breaking away from the TV for even a few hours a week will make a huge difference in your income over the course of a year, and who knows, you might make some new friends while you’re at it.
